During my studies at Purdue University, I experienced several opportunities to explore branding work applied in different ways. Scroll to see what projects I created.
Public Art Trail
March 2025
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
The Public Art Trail is a space located in West Lafayette and Lafayette Indiana that outlines the free, public art that people have access to. For the Public Art Trail, I wanted to capture the energy of the project through bold, primary colors and a playful design that resonates with a younger audience. The goal was to make the trail feel approachable, vibrant, and full of energy—like the city itself. With elements like the map, banner signage, and website, I aimed to create a sense of excitement and discovery, encouraging people to explore and interact with the public art in a way that's fun and engaging. It’s not just about looking at art; it’s about experiencing the city as a living canvas, where everyone is invited to contribute to the creative atmosphere.
Golden Bowl
February 2025
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
The Golden Bowl ramen food truck is a vibrant fusion of tradition and modern energy, designed to turn heads and spark excitement. Wrapped in a striking gold and deep blue color scheme, the truck balances warmth with contemporary flair. The smooth typeface of the logo reflects the texture of ramen noodles, while illustrated ingredients—noodles, eggs, green onions, and more—surround the truck, highlighting the freshness and quality of the food. Each bowl blends time-honored flavors with bold creativity for a fast, flavorful, and satisfying experience. Treasure the Taste!
Patagonia Packaging Design
February 2024
Adobe Dimensions, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
For this branding project, I wanted to reimagine the packaging for a company I genuinely admire—Patagonia. Known for their commitment to environmental sustainability and outdoor adventure, Patagonia donates 1% of their profits to environmental research and conservation, which inspired my concept. I focused on emphasizing different natural environments by selecting three core activity areas the brand supports: hiking/climbing, surfing, and snow. I incorporated product pairings relevant to each activity, such as a towel for the surf category, and designed packaging that reflects the landscapes associated with each. Through carefully chosen colors and backgrounds—primarily hues of green and blue—I aimed to visually reinforce Patagonia’s connection to nature while staying true to the brand’s clean, minimalist aesthetic.
