Inspired by Mulan’s iconic training sequence, this motion graphic uses kinetic typography to embody the song’s rhythm, strength, and determination. Bold color, dynamic pacing, and expressive type bring the lyrics to life, transforming text into motion that mirrors the energy and discipline of the film. This project also marked a personal return to motion design, challenging me to relearn techniques and push typography beyond static form into a medium of movement and emotion.

This was my first ever motion graphic that was created as a short video to introduce my name in a way that reflects my design identity. While I often adapt my style to each project, I focused here on the fundamentals of graphic design, color and form. Using bold, colorful shapes in motion, the piece emphasizes simplicity while still capturing a sense of playfulness and individuality.
